Services
We provide consulting services to small businesses pursuing federal, state, and local government contracting opportunities. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are described in the engagement materials and service descriptions on our website.
No guarantee of contract awards
We help our clients position themselves to compete for government contracts. We do not guarantee certification approval, contract awards, or specific revenue outcomes. Government contracting decisions are made solely by the awarding agencies.
Payment
Fees are due as specified at the time of purchase or in the engagement letter. À la carte and package services are paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
Refund eligibility varies by service. Capability statements and SAM.gov registration services are non-refundable once work has begun. Larger packages may be eligible for partial refunds — contact us to discuss.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and only share with third parties (e.g., government registration portals) as required to deliver the services you've engaged us for.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
